Domestic Violence covers a range of situations.
Typically it involves child abuse, spousal abuse, partner abuse, or neglect.
Most people think of domestic violence as physical. While it certainly can be physical,
it can also be emotional. Just because someone isn't physically harming another person,
doesn't mean abuse isn't happening.
In
family law situations domestic violence often leads to a restraining order. When it comes to Restraining Orders Ms. Fung has worked for clients on both sides of the situation.
Ms. Fung has represented clients who request a restraining order, and has successfully defended against them.
